pi-Rate provides daily market screening tools and data in Excel or Google Sheets format, including pre-calculated technical indicators and strategy signals.

2. Subscription and Billing
Subscriptions are billed automatically via Paddle or PayPal, depending on your chosen payment method.
A 14-day free trial may be offered. After the trial period, your chosen plan will renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your payment provider’s dashboard.

3. Access
Access to the Service is provided through Google Drive or Google Workspace.
You are responsible for providing a valid Google email address to receive access.
Sharing your access credentials or redistributing the files is strictly prohibited.

4. Refunds
Due to the digital nature of the product, payments are non-refundable once access has been granted.
If you experience technical issues or believe a payment was made in error, please contact us at info@getpirate.io within 7 days.

5. Intellectual Property
All data, formulas, and content provided within the Service are the intellectual property of pi-Rate.
You may not copy, resell, or republish any part of the Service without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability
pi-Rate provides all information “as is,” without warranty of any kind.
We are not liable for any financial loss, decision, or consequence resulting from the use of the Service.
